Debt

Verus capital professionals have a history of arranging permanent and interim real estate financing for various transactions. Our capital sources provide solution based financing across the spectrum, from fully amortizing long term loans and highly leveraged bridge/mezzanine loans to non-recourse securitized loans and construction loans.

Mezzanine

Verus Capital Group Mezzanine Financing Programs is positioned for stabilized, value-added and new construction properties. Whether it is structured as partnership debt, or preferred equity, a mezzanine loan can be an integral component for a real estate owner or developer in many diverse circumstances. The mezzanine typically equals the difference between the first mortgage lending amount and 85-90% of the purchase price. Verus Capital has vast experience in evaluating options for our clients in this increasingly utilized loan product for a variety of real estate transactions.
